These need no supplies and work for any adult group.

1. Christmas Most Likely To

2. Hot Take Court, holiday edition

Hot Take Court puts a hot take on trial, such as "Die Hard is a Christmas movie," and the room votes guilty or innocent. Type "Christmas" as the theme and let people argue their case.

3. Red Flag or Green Flag, Christmas edition

Type "Christmas" as the theme in Red Flag Green Flag for holiday dating scenarios, like a date who starts playing Christmas music in October, and the group calls each one a red flag or a green flag.

4. Christmas charades for adults

Use the funny charades generator for adults with a Christmas theme, or pick from the Christmas charades ideas. Split into two teams and act against the timer.

5. Christmas Would You Rather

Open Would You Rather and type "Christmas" as the theme. For a clean list, use the 80 Christmas Would You Rather questions. Premium opens adult categories for groups that want them.

6. Never Have I Ever, Christmas edition

Read Never Have I Ever statements with a Christmas theme, like "never have I ever re-wrapped a gift," and anyone who has done it puts a finger down.

7. Christmas Taboo

In Taboo, the clue-giver describes a word without saying the forbidden words on the card. Type "Christmas" as the theme for words like mistletoe and eggnog.

8. Imposter

In Imposter, everyone but one player sees the same secret word on a single phone. Use the free movies pack, give clues, and vote out the Imposter before they guess the word.

9. Match the Room

In Match the Room, 3 to 12 guests answer a question in secret on their own phones, like "best Christmas movie," and score by matching the most popular answer.

Office Christmas party games for adults

Keep work parties to team games that don't single anyone out.

10. Christmas Jeopardy

Christmas Jeopardy builds a board of 25 clues in five festive categories for two to four teams. Put it on the TV and let teams shout their answers.

11. Christmas categories game

The Christmas categories game has eight original holiday lists. Teams fill in each category for a random letter, and answers nobody else wrote score.

12. Christmas survey game

Survey Feud gives the host a question with five top answers and point values. Type "Christmas" as the theme and let two departments compete.

Christmas gift exchange games for adults

13. White Elephant

Everyone brings one wrapped gift. Players draw numbers and, in order, either open a new gift or steal an opened one. Cap each gift at two or three steals so the game ends.

14. Left-right gift exchange

Everyone holds a wrapped gift while the host reads a short Christmas story. Each time the story says "left" or "right," pass your gift that way. Whatever you hold at the end is yours.

15. Stop the Timer gift pass

Open Stop the Timer in Random Bomb mode and pass a wrapped gift around with the phone. Whoever holds it when the hidden countdown ends opens it, or steals from someone who already has one.

Spicier games for grown-up groups

Some adult groups want more heat. CardYard Premium opens the adult, spicy and dark decks in games like Truth or Dare, Would You Rather and Never Have I Ever. For a drinking game with friends of legal drinking age, try Kings Cup. Keep spicy games for parties where everyone knows each other well, never the office.
