A 10-second turn
Lock a letter to pass the turn with a fresh clock. Turns run 5, 10, 15 or 20 seconds, so kids and big groups can slow it down.
Independent letter and category game
Name something in the category, tap its first letter and pass the phone before the 10-second clock runs out. Every letter can only be used once, so the board gets harder with every turn.

Seat everyone in order, rotate the starter each round and play to 1, 3 or 5 category cards.
When every letter is gone, the players still in get a new category and need two answers per turn.
Play as one team, clear board after board and beat your best run. A timeout costs a life.
Read the category out loud.
Say an answer and tap its first letter.
The phone passes with a fresh clock.
Run out of time and you are out of the round.

Read the category, say an answer out loud, then tap the first letter of your answer before the clock runs out. Tapping passes the phone with a fresh clock. Run out of time and you are out of the round; the last player standing wins the category card.
Versus mode is for 2 to 8 players sharing one phone, and the first to 1, 3 or 5 cards wins the match. Co-op works with any group, even one player: clear the whole board together with three lives.
Overtime. Everyone still in gets a new category and a fresh board, and each turn now needs two answers, then three in the next overtime. The round winner takes one extra card for each overtime played.
Yes. Tap Challenge and the group decides together. If the answer does not count, that player is out and the letter goes back on the board. Undo fixes a mistaken tap.
The standard English board has 20 letters and leaves out hard starts like Q, X and Z. Turn on all letters in Settings for a harder 26-letter board. Spanish, French and German boards use letters picked for each language.
