Delete your CardYard account

Delete inside the app

Open CardYard and go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Confirm the request while signed in.

Request deletion without the app

If you uninstalled the app or cannot access your account, email support from the address associated with the account. Include the account email and ask us to delete the CardYard account.

What happens next

• Verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days.
• Account profile information and personal identifiers are deleted or anonymized.
• Limited billing, fraud-prevention, security, or legal records may be retained when required.
• Deleting CardYard does not cancel an Apple, Google Play, or Stripe subscription. Cancel it separately with the billing provider.
