Delete your CardYard account

Delete inside the app

Open CardYard and go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Confirm the request while signed in.

Delete on the website

Sign in at cardyard.ai, open your Profile, and select Delete Account in the account deletion section. Read the notice and confirm deletion.

Request deletion through support

If you uninstalled the app or cannot access your account, email support from the address associated with the account. Include the account email and ask us to delete the CardYard account.

What happens next

• Verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days.
• The app or website confirms completion only after your account is deleted. If deletion is still pending or an error appears, stay signed in and try again.
• Account profile information and personal identifiers are deleted or anonymized.
• Limited billing history, fraud-prevention, security, or legal records may be retained when required, including records held by payment providers.
• Deleting your account immediately cancels linked Stripe subscriptions and stops collection of unpaid subscription bills. No automatic refund is issued.
• Apple and Google Play subscriptions are not canceled by account deletion. Cancel them separately in Apple Account settings or Google Play subscription settings.
